ABOUT MARVIN ROWE
Marvin is the Head Coach at Speedworks London, where he coaches some of the best up and coming sprinters in the UK. He is also a Performance Consultant with Speedworks Training with over a decade of experience. EXPERIENCE As well as guiding a variety of individuals from different age groups through to National, European, World & Olympic Championships, he has also coached a variety of grass roots to senior level athletes who have all demonstrated promising talent within the National, European and global platforms. Marvin has also worked with both professional and amatuer athletes in a variety of sports, in particular providing consultation services within Football, Rugby, Golf and Cricket, many of whom have transitioned into their respective first teams during the time they have been working with him. EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS Marvin obtained a BSc in Sport Science at Hartbury College and is now an accredited S&C and Sprints Coach. He played football up to semi-pro level and initially started off working with young talented 9-11 year old footballers. It was from here that his love of S&C and movement really started. He then qualified in BWL level 1 & 2, Level 2 Athletics Coach, Football Level 1 and Netball Hi 5 Level 1. This evolved into a devotion for sprint coaching with his focus being on power and speed development, with a passion for rehabilitation activities.
