   Business Analyst on the Health Economics Team with the primary responsibility of researching data quality issues with Business Intelligence reports. Activities and accomplishments include:• Working on an Rx Guide Implementation Project tasked with identifying Rx data metrics used in CII Discover along with the source data, translation logic and calculations for the data metrics.• Working on a GRS Reporting Project tasked with performing data analysis for several reports to verify that the necessary data points exist in CII Discover, and identify and document any gaps in data.• Led the work effort of several resources to convert reporting logic from using hard-coded Specialty Code Values that identify Primary Care Providers to utilizing a BOT table which provides more flexibility in identifying Primary Care Providers. During this time, I developed the high-level timeline and work plan needed to complete the work.• Worked with the CII-Access reporting team to correct data quality issues relating to Primary Care and Specialty Care reporting for multiple Access reports.• Led the work effort of multiple resources to merge several Chemotherapy and Radiation Aftercare Diagnostic Codes with Malignant Cancer Diagnosis Codes to ensure that dollar amounts are being reported correctly. During this time, I developed the high-level timeline and work plan needed to complete the work.• Analyze business performance reports using Healthcare data such as claims, provider and memberships to verify the accuracy of the reports.• Develop SQL in Hadoop, Teradata and/or Snowflake to research data issues and validate modifications to reports.• Create and publish monthly data clean-up reports, as well as any necessary ad hoc reports using Teradata SQL Assistant and/or IBM Data Studio.• Implement new configurations and rule changes within the Enterprise Report Segmentation Utility (ERSU) which allows for additional reporting packages to be sold to new and existing customers.
