My journey started after the euphoric yet nauseating experience of my first VR game. It was quickly obvious that motion sickness could be solved by using your own legs for in-game movement. The existing solutions had high latency, worsening the motion sickness they were supposed to solve — so I built my own omnidirectional treadmill.
