Environmental Consultant, Energy and Environment Lawyer, Oil Facilitator and Corporate LeaderAn expert in contaminated land remediation, Energy and Environment Lawyer and Oil Facilitator, I was appointed by Nigeria President to lead the first ever Federal Government of Nigeria Oil Pollution Clean up programme, Hydrocarbon Pollution Remediation Project (HYPREP) and implement the United Nations Environment Programme UNEP report on Ogoniland and to provide direction for clean up of other impacted communities in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria.The development component of the project include designing and implementing alternative livelihood programmes for communities impacted by oil spill, a study of health impact of oil pollution in impacted communities and building infrastructure for the provision of potable water in urban and rural communities across the regionI have consulted for various multinational and international organizations in United Kingdom and Nigeria, including the United Nations Environment Programme UNEP, IBM Global Services, AstraZeneca, Environment Agency England, Shell Nigeria (SPDC), Eni/Agip, and Federal and State Governments in Nigeria. I was member of the Government of Nigeria delegation to United Nations Climate Change Conference in Katowice Poland, Madrid Spain and Earth Summit Rio +20, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I was a Worldwide Fund for Nature - International postgraduate scholar at the University of Leeds, and a Fellow of the Nigeria Institute of Management Consultants.I am the Managing Director/CEO of Dexcom Solution Ltd and Managing Partner at M.B.Dekil & Co. Perfection Chambers Law firm. Previously, I was Associate Attorney at Afe Babalola SAN Emmanuel Chambers Port Harcourt, Nigeria Founder, DBM Integrated Services providing Oil Brokerage and Facilitation services.
