Responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of the hardware and software used on process and environmental analytical systems within the manufacturing facility. Working knowledge of analyzer networks and communications. DCS and PLC systems. Assist with engineering and design, systems checkout (FAT/SAT), start-up and commissioning of analytical system projects. Understands P & ID\'s, instrument loop drawings, schematics and spec sheets. Ensures regulatory compliance of items such as environmental Title V deviations, certifications for HRVOC, CEMS are met and ISO quality management procedures are followed. Maintains and secures unit analyzer software and backups for disaster recovery. Interacts as a team player with internal and external personnel and follows all plant safety and environmental requirements to help meet plant OE performance metrics. Performed supervisor duties which included coordinating and overseeing maintenance personnel and contractors daily work activities, updating work schedules to ensure plant OMWP compliance is met daily and approving contractors time sheets. Created analyzer PM\'s set-up spare parts and bill of materials (BOM\'s) in SAP. Developed and implemented maintenance standard operating procedures (SOP\'s) for new and existing equipment.
