Last month I shipped a full product in 48 hours. Backend, frontend, auth, agent layer, lines of TypeScript. The agents handle the typing. The bottleneck is thinking and orchestration.I just switched from Head of Community to Growth Engineer at Lindy, an AI agent platform. My job is to figure out how more people find and stick with the product. That means designing referral loops, running activation experiments, and building tooling on Snowflake, PostHog, and MongoDB. Before the switch I built a community, ran 50+ workshops through Agent Academy, and shipped internal software used daily across the company.Before Lindy: co-founded two companies in Berlin, 5 years automating operations for SMBs, grew my one-man show to $17K MRR.I write about what I\'m building, what\'s working, what isn\'t.
