I spent years inside corporate environments where excellence was expected, performance was measured, and results were non-negotiable. I’ve lived in the world of corporate law and Information Technology, where systems, strategy, risk, precision, and execution are the language of leadership.But over time, I realized something that success could not solve.Too many top performing, high-achieving, high-capacity women were “successful on paper,” yet privately carrying an ache they could not explain. It was not lack of ambition. It was not lack of ability.
