I review 18 direct reports (onshore/offshore) and report operations to senior management for supporting in decision-making process. Maintaining a 0% attrition rate since 2020. Made a major contribution in improving KBB.com web app performance on Mobile 3G network by 75% First Contentful Paint, 50% Time to Interactive and over, and 600% overall performance (Lighthouse).
