About Marut Joshi
My goal is to develop holistic, research-based nutrition & exercise programs for my clients to help them attain their health goals and to gain expertise in the field of Health and Nutrition. Before joining my Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics, I worked as a freelance fitness coach and created custom plans for my clientele.
