Plan and direct schedules and monitoring the project from initiation through delivery. Main responsibilities: • Managing and performing the enhancement stories; • Coordinate with client stakeholders and the teams working on priorities, escalations, and follow-up for particular production support incidents/tickets; • Managing incident backlog and resolution tickets; • Creating reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic basis; • Involved and coordinate the development/architecture applications; • Managing interdependencies or impediments to the resolution; • Creating the artifacts for all issues and standard operating procedures; • Managing teams and supporting Application Support, triage activities, and minor enhancements; • Managing teams troubleshooting, bug fixing, and minor enhancements to web applications; • Leading and managing multiple, local and remote, cross-functional teams (Dev and QA) • Working in environments with Microsoft Azure.NET Core, AngularJS, and REST.(NET Core, AngularJS, and REST, Agile, Scrum Master, Kanban, TFS/JIRA, SQL Server, Dev and QA).
