Global Transaction Banking Head - France & Benelux (current position since June 2014)\\\\n\\\\nResponsible for Santander\'s trade, export, supply chain, commodities finance and cash management franchise in France and the Benelux:\\\\n• Leadership, management and development of a team of 13 senior and junior GTB bankers.\\\\n• Developing the activity in all related GTB products to a heterogeneous panoply of 70+ clients in several industries, geographies, financial standings, etc.\\\\n• Planning, development and implementation of the local GTB strategy and assuring its consistency with the global presence/strengths of Santander.\\\\n• Main achievements:(1) Doubled the GTB France Benelux revenues in 4 years and significantly increased the number of “Tier 1” clients from 3 in 2014 to 11 in 2018.(2)Improved Santander’s market visibility (e.g. consistently top 5 position in BPIAE/ECA league tables during the last 3 years).(3) Successfully launched new activities (cash management) and products at the branch (1st French VAT discount, 1st French BPIAE supplier credit, 1st receivables program for a French corporate, etc).(4) Average number of GTB products used per active client grew from 1 to 3.(5) Reinforced the dialogue and interaction with the French Ministry of Finance and other sovereign, public and multilateral institutions.\\\\n\\\\n
