A key initiative is the development of a new Solutions Validation Team and Labs, focused on rigorous, end-to-end testing of customer solutions, including eco-system partners and Belden Horizon interoperability, across our key vertical markets.Furthermore, I am committed to enhancing customer experience by integrating Level 3 Technical Support directly into our group. This ensures timely resolution of critical issues, gathering of vital field performance data, and providing a direct feedback loop to R&D for continuous product improvement.
