I am working as Chief Engineer for Scripps KPXB Houston. It is my responsibility to insure that the station is fully operational. I also look at the systems and working with the corporate folks determine which ones will need to be replaced. I oversee the local maintenance and insure that our maintenance plans are kept up to date. I insure that the engineering staff keeps up with the latest rules and regulations as well as any new procedures developed for maintaining the tv station.
