Responsible for managing all facets of the design and construction process from initial design, capital budget approval, permitting, bidding, construction management, and financial management for distribution centers totaling approximately $91 million.Developed process to identify critical operation items and incorporate these elements early in the design resulting in reduction in change orders, delivering projects 26% faster and improving the overall customer experience. Initiated cost tracking tools that capture cost on a real-time basis allowing leadership to make informed decisions based on accurate data and budget analysis.
