As Senior Compliance & Risk Consultant for Ricoh UK, I am responsible for certification standards for ISO 9001, ISO 22301, ISO 27001 and ISO 45001 alongside Cyber Essentials Plus, Customer Service Excellence, CHAS, SafeContractor and CPAS certifications that support our business operations. Working with a team of specialists, we ensure that certification is maintained and continually improved within Ricoh UK and for our customers to achieve best practice and excellence within their industry.My team and I manage risk for Ricoh UK and we undertake many different aspects of operational excellence including completion of bid and tender responses, customer audits and support for EU GDPR compliance.I have worked at Ricoh UK since November 2013 and I have achieved certification through the 2 stage audit process for ISO 22301 with BSI. I have been involved in many areas of the business including the Managed Document Services site based in Merstham as well as the customer contact centre and head office functions for Ricoh UK.I enjoy running and have completed half marathons and the London Marathon as well as helping to raise over abseiling 162m from Boradgate Tower in the city of London.
