ABOUT MARTYN TENNANT
I am head of the corporate and commercial team at Swinburne Maddison LLP working with businesses ranging from large listed corporates through to SMEs and owner managed businesses, taking the form of limited companies, LLPs, partnerships, sole traders and other incorporated and unincorporated bodies. I am an expert in my field, recognised for my tailored and personal approach to assisting clients with their business legal affairs. I have significant experience, with ambition to continue to develop Swinburne Maddison LLP as a leading North East law firm. My efforts have been recognised by being awarded Young Lawyer of the Year at the Northern Law Awards 2015. I am also recognised for my corporate M&A services advising on numerous deals across the region, being awarded Corporate Lawyer of the Year at the Insider North East Dealmaker Awards 2015. I am proud to have developed one of the largest corporate teams in the North East outside of Newcastle, with a desire to provide the best service possible to clients, offering clear, bespoke and commercially aware advice to clients in a personal and responsive manner.
