Regional Health & Safety Manager Site Manager Interim Mobilisation Process Lead @Nhs

During the 2020-22 Covid-19 healthcare crisis, I took a sabbatical from the music & luxury events industry to assist in the delivery of the UK Government\'s pandemic response. My initial roles were at site level operating a mobile testing unit (MTU) before moving to a regional test centre (RTS) and then managing two local test centres (LTS). Within 4 months I had joined the mobilisation team where I was an interim Process Lead. For the final 8 months of the contract I took on a Regional role as Health & Safety Manager for the London and East Region. In my region there were 170 teams of 10 to 60 operatives that reported into me for all H&S support. During this time I travelled the country conducting weekly site audits. During my time with the business, my roles included facilities management, test centre mobilisation, health & safety, infrastructure and asset management.
