We use our experience in spend management and bench-marking to audit an organisation\'s costs, and then typically report back clearly outlining areas where we have identified savings can be made. Often this exercise can be carried out without any up front cost or commitment, since our fees may be derived from savings made.We recognise that executives within any medium sized business or charity are all incredibly busy, and do not always have the time or resources to examine or closely manage ALL of their costs, and so we use our time and knowledge of the relevant supply markets to do just that on behalf of their behalf.
