I am a passionate and committed HR Technology professional with over 14 years’ experience working in the industry. Initially my background was HR Portals and Intranets but this has now grown to include HR Technology systems primarily being Oracle Cloud HCM but also Oracle EBS, Oracle Peoplesoft CRM, Taleo Recruit and Social Sourcing.Outside of work I am a keen amateur photographer and have had several pieces of work commissioned for commercial use. I love the creativity that being behind a lens gives me and I am always searching out new locations and techniques to help me tell a visual story.Recent ExperienceI am currently working as a Manager in the Powered Enterprise team at KPMG. I work with our clients using our Powered methodology to implement leading edge processes and functional design allowing them to harness the massive potential of Oracle HCM Cloud. Since joining KPMG I have worked on several projects including:Global Media and Broadcasting Organisation – Hire to Retire Lead - I was engaged working with the client on a global implementation of Oracle Fusion including HR, Payroll and Finance. I was the lead on the Hire to Retire workstream implementing Onboarding and Core HR including the redesign of the organisation’s workforce structures and business and system processes.Global Retail and Financial Organisation – People Analytics Lead - I was involved in a programme of work looking at the ‘Future View’ of HR as we head into the next decade.
