I am the Operations Director at SORCE and I’m responsible for the smooth running of day to day business activities. In particular my focus is on our clients user experience and how we improve the way we deliver projects. I regularly visit client sites helping them to realise their intranet vision. I also take part in nationwide showcase events, client focus groups, the occasional new business opportunity and share advice and best practice to all who wish to improve their Digital Workplace. My continued aim is to help people deliver relevant and valuable solutions by focusing on even the smallest detail. The user is at the heart of all I do.
