Senior Cohort Leader for JLR Graduate and Undergraduate programmes. RESPONSIBILITIES • Quality, strategy, and operational lead on the delivery of the JLR Graduate and Undergraduate programmes. • Ensuing the delivery of high-quality programmes for the Graduate and Undergraduate population consisting of: • 387 learners (2022/23) • 765 learners (2023/24) • Working collaboratively with internal and external customers to offer a more bespoke programme. • Using feedback and data to make improvements and changes to our programmes. • Lead a team of five Cohort Leaders who provide day-to-day pastoral support to our learners. ACHIEVEMENTS • Improved Q1 Net Promoter Score by 13% from the previous year. • Improved Net Promoter Score for 2021 Graduates by 18% between Q3 and Q5. • 93% of Undergraduates feel the programme has met expectations (Q3). • 100% of 2022 Undergraduates completed their programme and were offboarded in June 2023.
