Through careful construction of standardised process and utilising systems for work and opportunity management, I help our sales and bid leads work more efficiently, reduce bid start-up time and allow the team to focus on their core responsibilities.This includes:Creating and maintaining a comprehensive Bid Content libraryManaging the CRM and Bid Management systemsGoverning the bid process with the Sales and Bid leadsSupporting and chairing milestone meetingsAdministering the document management process from end-to-endWorking with the marketing team on advertising strategy and design planningProofing and editing completed proposals and managing the final submissions
