OpenCircle serves the construction and construction-adjacent industries nationally through providing programs, services, and health benefits that support each employees\' unique needs.In my role as Human Resources Generalist, I am responsible for- Human Resources administration, including the maintenance of employee data and personnel files- Create templates for ease of use and streamlining processes across the organization- Complete audits of employee information periodically to maintain data integrity- Liaise with benefit providers for employee benefit questions or inquiries- Organize and track HR project progress- Generate ad-hoc reports as required- Develop recruitment strategies to meet organizational growth goals- Conducts full cycle recruitment activities including creating position profiles, job postings, candidate screening, interviews, reference checking, offers, and onboarding- Work with the Director to anticipate future organizational needs and to develop a workforce plan- Maintain and update organizational charts as needed- Provide coaching and support to leadership on a variety of employee relations topics relating to the organizations policies, having difficult conversations, and applying corrective measures- Assist the organization in creating a positive and collaborative environment for employees- Work with department leads to identify training needs and maintain training records- Manage professional development initiatives- Create, audit, and update job descriptions- Lead projects and new initiatives- Assess all HR processes and make recommendations for improvements- Review salary bands and compensation models annually- Conduct workplace investigations where required.
