Working as a volunteer over the festive period, then promoted to key volunteer 6 years ago, and presently Assistant Shift leader (senior volunteer) at the Rough Sleepers shelter in London. Working with the homeless of the City,assisting them in connecting with services such as housing, medical, legal, providing companionship over the Christmas period. Managing volunteers to run the shelter, providing services/accomodation and food to the guests (homeless) over a period of 8 days liasing with Crisis and other outside services ensuring they have every opportunity to access all that Crisis provides for their benefit and well being.
