Currently leading the delivery of multiple concurrent construction and infrastructure projects within HMP Feltham on behalf of Government Facility Services Limited (GFSL), operating within a high-security custodial environment that requires strict compliance with security protocols, stakeholder coordination, and programme control.Responsible for the end-to-end site management of three live projects across both the Youth Offenders and Category C estates, including: • Delivery of a new dental suite within the A-Side Youth Offenders Institution, providing upgraded healthcare facilities to support offender wellbeing and operational capability. • Development of a new Print Workshop within the Category C adult estate, creating improved vocational training infrastructure to support rehabilitation and skills development. • Installation of a new Enhanced Gate Security (EGS) system, strengthening site-wide security infrastructure for the prison’s operational and security teams.Leading all on-site operations including programme management, subcontractor coordination, health & safety compliance, and stakeholder engagement, while ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently within the constraints of a live custodial environment.Working closely with GFSL, prison authorities, and specialist contractors to manage risk, maintain security integrity, and deliver projects to programme and quality standards, demonstrating strong leadership across multiple workstreams simultaneously.
