Experienced Chartered Building Services Engineer. Started as an apprentice progressing \'through the ranks\' to senior management positions. A Chartered Engineer, Fellow of CIBSE, holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Facilities Management and an AMBA recognised MBA from Sheffield Business School. Experience: Building Engineering & Support Services - Installation, Service & Maintenance including Facilities, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Services in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. Provides technical and contract management support in addition to assisting in construction claims, dispute resolution and forensic engineering (the use of engineering skills to analyse information in order to resolve disputes). Holds the Legal Experience Training Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence which is the only Masters level qualification for expert witnesses in the UK.
