ABOUT MARTYN HARDY

I am passionate about delivery of world class business focussed systems. I recognise and proactively focus on understanding the genuine business needs and translate that into appropriate solutions underpinned by technology.Not just a manager content with “doing things right”, I lead my team, focussing on “doing the right thing” providing leadership and inspiration for my team, encouraging, mentoring and coaching them to maximise their potential, and therefore making significant, positive contributions to the team’s overall work.I have worked on large, complex, politically sensitive projects, and worked with senior stakeholders, business and technical alike from within and without my own organisation. Comfortable and regularly operating at senior board level, leading large teams and regularly managing third party suppliers both onshore and offshore.I have delivered into the NHS and worked as a supplier to the NHS in addition to delivering healthcare solutions into the private sector.
