ABOUT MARTYN DRYE
Martyn Drye has more than 28 years’ experience in the offshore industry related to ship design and construction, marine operations and activities both in the UK and international oil and gas, power, renewable energy and telecommunications sectors.Previously, Martyn was Head of Engineering at Global Marine Systems Limited, Assets Director of Reef Subsea Integrated Projects and held previous management positions at Global Marine Systems and Cable & Wireless Marine, responsible for the delivery of a wide range of marine projects, including new ship construction, offshore vessel conversions and mobilisations.His key skills include the ability to identify cost effective solutions for our customers, combining technical, commercial and operational requirements. An experienced clear thinker who can consult, analyse, interpret, present, and support technical delivery. Martyn is a Chartered Engineer (Naval Architect) and has previously worked with marine design consultants, Houlder Limited, where contracts included project managing design work for Stena Drilling, Subsea7, Technip UK and Wellops (Helix ESG).
