About Marty Morse

I love what I do. I was recently asked what it is that I enjoy the most about the company I founded and have owned and worked for 30+ years: Morse Custom Homes and Remodeling. After a brief ponder, I came to a conclusion. I enjoy the design and build process of developing unique, exquisite, and functional spaces for people. However, it goes deeper than that. I enjoy being part of making dreams become reality. I enjoy seeing how unique spaces can be improved to benefit those that use them. I enjoy seeing our design build team produce happy clients, many of which have come back for additional projects. I Started Morse Construction in 1993 and incorporated the company as Morse Remodeling, Inc. in I assisted my clients with the design process for their projects, however I decided to integrate a full service design build business model in 2003. We changed our name to Morse Custom Homes and Remodeling in 2015. Morse Custom Homes and Remodeling orchestrates the design and production of custom built homes and remodels. Our team coordinates the design and renovations of kitchens, bathrooms, and additions to existing structures. We also spearhead new custom home designs and coordinate site development for new homes and other site structures. I help lead a professional staff who provide value engineering, site layout, space planning, green building, photovoltaic design, and have LEED for Homes experience. We oversee complex projects such as custom home site development, including building pad preparation, well, septic, and electrical service installation on undeveloped property. We are a team of people that use our respective talents performing tasks we love. Design, Build and Enjoy!
