MedicalGPS also provides healthcare operational and financial consulting services via on-site or virtual consulting.Services include:•M3-Patient Experience (MGPS\' real-time patient feedback system) provides patient feedback for approximately 800 providers and their support staff.•Interim/Virtual CFO for a Cardiology Group in Lincoln, NE, establishing a complete financial reporting package, business intelligence application for Provider Dashboards, calculation of quarterly compensation plan, and special projects as requested. Presently serving as Virtual CFO.•Interim Executive Director for multi-specialty clinic. Provided financial and business office oversight. Performed executive search for full-time permanent Executive Director.•Performed complete financial analysis for a University Health System in the hiring process of a full-time Orthopedic Surgeon. Analysis included MGMA comparisons for productivity, collections and compensation, as well as projected income. Development of a draft employment contract proposal.•Conducted an analysis and performed an interview process of all physicians in a potential merger of two cardiology practices. Analysis focused on the synergies and challenges from the merger.
