ABOUT MARTY CHRISMAN

After experiencing a variety of career paths, from teaching to tech and training corporate employees, I found my true calling when I became a real estate broker. Navigating people through all different life events is what makes being a broker so special. As both competence and empathy are integral components for providing successful professional service - using effective communication skills along with thoughtful guidance - these qualities have become second nature during this journey!As a Houston native and avid fan of the New Braunfels-Canyon Lake area, my family seized an opportunity 20 years ago to purchase property at Canyon Lake on the Guadalupe River. That began my decades-long love affair with this beautiful part of Texas! I have been helping people buy and sell real estate in this region for 20+ years and can\'t imagine a better place to live and work. For the past several years, I have proudly served as a member of Texas REALTORS\'® Professional Standards Committee and believe strongly in upholding their Code of Ethics. During my career in real estate, I made sure to earn several designations and certifications - not just for myself but also so that I can serve as an instructor for continuing education courses! To top it off, I\'ve held leadership roles in both state and local professional associations along the way.When I\'m not helping my clients find their dream homes, you\'ll catch me exploring the wonders of Texas - from sailing on Canyon Lake to tubing down the beautiful Guadalupe River!
