Leadership can be lonely because we can be so focused on driving results, and avoiding or resolving issues, that we focus on tasks or tactics instead of people. But it\'s through our connection with each other that we get the best work done and enjoy the process.Leadership training gives the tools, frameworks, tips, and tricks, that can be lovely pathways through the dense forest of all that must get done.Because I\'ve walked the Corporate path of leadership, I know what\'s practical and workable. I energize learning with real-life stories, cautionary tales, and humour. As a former leader in Start-Up cultures, I\'ve also sprinted marathons with scissors in both hands so understand the strain pace puts on you-how you have to both be in the present and the future to drive results.My sessions are instructive-of course, but they are also inviting, inclusive, and fun. I flex to what each group needs and facilitate to engage a variety of learning styles.
