About Marty Bartram
For the past 34 years, I has been in federal service, the last 31 years serving the United States Army Special Operations Command. Currently serving as the chief of Psychological Operations Doctrine, I lead a division responsible for 27 Army PSYOP branch publications and the technical review of the joint publication on military information support operations. Among my current responsibilities is the providing technical and tactical expertise, content, and advice as the Special Operations Center of Excellence fulfills its duties as the Army’s institutional lead on influence.
