Ayvens evolved from the merger of ALD and LeasePlan. I lead a finance organization of around 100 FTE, including both onshore teams and outsourced operations via a shared service center. My remit covers the full spectrum of the finance function: Controlling, Pricing & Asset Risk, Funding & Treasury, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable & Payable, Collections, and Tax. I am accountable for accurate and timely financial reporting under both IFRS and local GAAP (HGB).In my role, I act as a strategic partner to the business and I am part of the local management team, steering financial performance, managing asset and residual value risk, and driving efficiency and transformation initiatives across the organization. Beyond operational excellence, I focus on building and developing a high-performing finance organization that fosters collaboration and accountability, ensuring that the finance function supports sustainable growth, sound risk management, and long-term stakeholder confidence.
