ABOUT MARTIN WILSKE

As Head of Engineering, I lead the research and development for government approved secure communication products and systems in Germany. With over 15 years of experience in defining, managing and implementing security products, I have developed core competencies in multi project management, product development & manufacturing, technology research as well as leadership and organizational evolution and change.I am an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and cross cultural skills, developed through working with several teams and environments as well as international projects.My key strengths are that I take strong ownership and deliver upon or above expectations. Whilst having a wide and deep technological understanding, I am proactive, enthusiastic and resourceful. Also I am recognized for having an entrepreneur driven acumen and well-developed leadership skills. I am described as hard-working individual who never gives up and always sets the team first.The combination of technology and product development with a clear business mindset and the ability to persuade, influence and execute has been a highly successful mix when translating customer and market needs into measurable and lasting successful achievements. I also bring change management skills with proven experience of achieving project goals in pressed and challenging environments.My mission is to improve secure communication and make ideas real by enabling, empowering and developing the teams for my company. I worked with an organization of 100+ talented colleagues to deliver perfect fit products and solutions. I focus on fostering a feedback-driven team culture of learning and self-organization, living the values I am teaching as a honorary black belt judo teacher.I am passionate about creating positive impact through people and technology, and I am always looking for new ways to innovate and improve processes and outcomes.
