I’ve been helping those in business and those in property since 1993.I help landlords to make sure their tax liabilities are the lowest they can legally be. I not only help with annual tax returns but also with capital gains disclosures and “coming clean” with HMRC via the Let Property Campaign. As a Chartered Tax Advisor I know how HMRC operate and what you can and cannot do. I keep your tax low and your submissions done and on time.I am also currently doing a lot of work helping landlords prepare for quarterly returns to HMRC under Making Tax Digital which starts in April 2026.I have sat as Branch Chair for the National Landlords Association in the North East, on the committee of the Gateshead Private Landlords Association and am a founding member of Great British Landlords which helps private landlords and property developers to stay up to date with legislation and maximise their returns from property investments.
