Representing R&D in matrixed teams and cross-functional collaborations with marketing, legal, regulatory affairs, sourcing, operations, and external partners (CMOs/CROs) to drive projects from early- through late-stage development. Providing deep scientific expertise in chemical, biomedical, biochemical, and physicochemical areas to support internal/external stakeholders in their functions and substantiate/develop claims. Leading cross-functional innovation meetings, authoring scientific reports, generating literature-backed claims, and presenting key project updates to upper management/steering committees.
