Martin is a results-driven senior legal executive with almost 20 years of experience providing strategic, operational and legal advice and support to public and private companies at all stages.Martin is currently SVP Legal at NetEase Games, helping build and lead a recently established global legal team tasked with supporting NetEase Games’ globalization efforts. NetEase Games is one of the largest game developers worldwide by size, revenue and game offerings.Previously, Martin was general counsel at Otter Media, a division of WarnerMedia (now Warner Bros. Discovery), providing umbrella support for its portfolio of direct-to-consumer media and entertainment companies including Crunchyroll, Rooster Teeth and Hello Sunshine. Martin also served as general counsel at Fullscreen, a digital and social media marketing and technology company, and as director of business and legal affairs handling corporate and commercial matters at Demand Media, a digital content company.Martin began his career as a corporate and M&A attorney representing startups (including YouTube and Twitch) and public companies (including Amazon, Google and Microsoft) at Wilson Sonsini in Silicon Valley and Perkins Coie in Seattle, Washington.
