ABOUT MARTIN T. GLENN

Deep operational experience and leadership for private equity firms and their portfolio companies, and can take on a variety of roles including operating partner, interim executive, Board member, and transformational consultant. I have worked in multiple industry segments across the US, Canada and Europe—in both consulting and operational roles—and established a long track record of leading strategy and execution of major operations and technology changes that drive growth and value. This work has also included hundreds of M&A transactions across the life cycle, from due diligence to post-close integration to exit, tirelessly supporting the objectives of the investment thesis and value at exit.I build relationships and work closely with Board members, C-suite executives, and management teams to identify, drive, and deliver the value “shift,” and navigate the full array of internal and external stakeholders. I have also built strong partnerships with key technology vendors, such as AWS, Microsoft, and ADP, enabling accelerated solutions and scale. I adapt readily to new industries, new problems, and diverse cultures, and guide teams to strong, efficient performance.
