I am an AVP Digital Platform with strong experience in building, operating, and optimizing digital platforms that deliver measurable business value. My work focuses on digital transformation, customer experience, and platform reliability—bridging strategy, technology, and execution.With a background in cybersecurity and cryptography, I bring a security-first mindset to digital platforms, ensuring scalability, data protection, and operational resilience. I actively combine industry practices with academic rigor as a Lecturer of Computer Science at BINUS PJJ, allowing me to translate complex technical concepts into practical, real-world solutions.Beyond corporate and academic roles, I founded and operate a safety equipment retail business serving both B2B and B2C customers. Managing this SME operation has sharpened my practical understanding of end-to-end business challenges—procurement efficiency, pricing, inventory management, customer experience, and digital channel adoption. This dual perspective enables me to design solutions that are not only technically sound, but also commercially viable and execution-ready.I am particularly interested in initiatives involving digital platforms, secure system design, customer experience improvement, and applied research that creates tangible impact for organizations and growing businesses.
