This helps clients and internal teams alike to share the vision for the experience and contribute meaningfully to its development.When crafting a learning experience, I employ a narrative approach tailored to adult learners, who have unique needs and limited time and attention. To engage them, I consistently address the question,\"Why does this matter to me?\" Stories are essential for creating meaning, and in learning experience design, we\'re essentially narrating an information story.
