ABOUT MARTIN SAVILLE

I help leaders, teams and organisations find coherence and depth in how they work together. As Chief Executive and co-founder of Mayvin, I work in the space where the human and organisational meet — helping people go beneath the surface to create solutions that genuinely work. For more than 25 years I’ve supported people and systems to stay human and effective in the face of complexity. I hold an MBA from London Business School and trained in Psychotherapy and Counselling, and as a Somatic Coach — foundations that give my work its distinctive blend of rigour, humanity and embodied awareness. I’m also co-editor of A Field Guide for Organisation Development, a landmark collection of real-world insights on how organisations grow and change. My practice starts with the human — what’s happening for individuals, teams and groups — and builds outwards to the wider organisation and context. With senior teams, I help build trust and coherence when the pressure is on. With leaders, I support wise, powerful action that inspires others. With organisations, I help uncover and reshape the cultural patterns that determine whether change takes root.Clients describe my style as quietly challenging: I bring a depth of attention that makes it easier for people to ask deeper questions of themselves and one another. My work is driven by a belief in human potential and connection — and by a desire to make the world better for those who seek to make the world better.I live in Brighton with my wife, son and our elderly dog, Skye.
