I lead the UK Platform area overseeing all work and providing input as both a Development Manager and Product Manager across teams focusing on two strategic initiatives- AI-Driven Development Platform: Driving developer productivity through the creation and implementation of AiDA, our AI Developer Assistant Platform. With this we have created powerful tools for code review, local AI interactions, and workflow automation. AiDA\'s impact is quantifiable: over automated code reviews per month, translating to thousands of hours saved, and thousands of lines of unit tests generated monthly, significantly improving code quality and reducing time to market. I also host our Knowledge Shares, presenting fortnightly on new and upcoming features to hundreds of members of our internal development community- Platform Extensibility: Empowering developers and customers through innovative extensibility solutions. We\'ve built a robust framework for our internal developers to create custom logic integration enabling them to easily roll out customer and country specific customisations separate to our main code base. We are currently enabling customer-driven UI development.In addition to my responsibilities in Platform, I built our UK Technology Graduate Program for Software Developers and Testers from the ground up, overseeing all aspects of its lifecycle.

I am an IT leader specialising in software development with 20+ years of experience working in IT and over a decade of experience leading development functions. I\'m currently leading the creation and delivery of innovative AI solutions to our tech community, utilising the companies IP to target improvements to the developer experience and to increase to the speed of delivery. The majority of my work had been within the Digital space, often delivering transformational programmes to the companies I have been working with.
