As the Vice President of Games at Wooga, I lead the full 9-digit P&L for all Live Games and Games in Production. I am responsible for product vision and strategy, priority, production capacity, game direction, publishing and growth strategy. I also ensure a healthy Wooga through sustainable business practices and inspiring joy in work and play.In addition to my current role, I have also served as the Game Director for June\'s Journey, a worldwide top-grossing, market-leading, story-driven hidden object game. I was responsible for the full P&L and team for this successful game, driving the vision, strategy, and execution on features, liveops, and content for millions of players with a 100+ people team. The team achieved 1 billion dollar in lifetime revenue in 2022 after 6 years of growth. Prior to that, I was the Vice President of Operations at Wooga, where I combined professional discipline leadership and inspired talent development by staffing and enabling teams to create and operate exceptional games. I hold a Diploma degree in Computer Science from the University of Applied Science Giessen-Friedberg, a Master of Business and Engineering from the Steinbeis University and have completed several executive education programs from UC Berkeley, Wharton, and MIT Sloan.
