Whether a mile or a marathon, you get there the same way. one step at a time. Such is life.\" I think this is true for many parts of life. Improvements in organisations are also part of this. I love to bring structure and routines to (agile) teams in order to improve their effectiveness and efficiency while also keeping their flexibility. I like to analyse a situation, create ideas for improvement while also anticipating obstacles for the upcoming change process and finally seeing the idea flourish. With a background of ten years experience in the e-commerce sector, I currently help the non-profit social enterprise Acker e.V. with the following topics: Implementation of a business model process and notation in order to enable the organisation to boost efficiency and operational excellence. Prioritise cross-functional stakeholder requirements and projects within an overarching migration process. Foster collaborative team development and knowledge management within the organisation. Working on a new topic or project with discipline and empathy. This is where I can make use of my strengths best. May it be a marathon on paved roads or a sprint on unpaved project roads.
