As a Network Systems Operator in the United States Air Force, I manage base networks, ensuring security from cyber threats while maintaining seamless operations. I hold Associate degrees in General Science, Information Systems Technology and currently enrolled in UMGC for cyber security. I have completed specialized such as, Communications Fly Away Kits plus A Cyber Protect & Defend certification. I regularly work with CUCM, DNA Center, ISE, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms. Additionally, I manage backup strategies and security protocols, ensuring a secure, efficient network environment. I also provide end-user technical support, resolving hardware and software issues while documenting in Remed and EITaaS. I’m continuously improving my skills and pursuing my Cybersecurity degree.
