My primary area of focus is General Legal Corporate Advisory and Transactions. While specializing in drafting and vetting of Share Subscription and Shareholders\' Agreement\'s, Software as a Service Agreements, Commercial Contracts, Confidentiality Agreements, Founder Agreements, and implementation of ESOP structures for startups, I also actively advise clients on the legal and regulatory aspects of their businesses.While I professionally identify myself as a corporate lawyer, I also have a keen interest in understanding ideas and businesses from the grass-roots level and charting out innovative and productive ways, both commercially and legally, to help them reach new heights. In my spare time I do some legal research and writing on the matters concerning startups and the key pain points that many founders face while establishing their company.When I’m not in my Mondays\' finest, you could catch me analyzing the latest premier league football match or figuring out which movie to watch over the weekend.
