As an Infor-certified SHRM-SCP senior consultant with over 20 years of experience, I have served in various application implementation and management roles. Following a stint in the U.S. Marine Corps, my career began with 10 years as a project manager and application analyst, followed by 5 years as an HR and IT leader.After that, I spent six years as a senior HCM consultant implementing Infor Global HR. In this role, I honed my skills and became an expert in providing guidance and support to clients in HR and IT. Throughout my career, I have been recognized as a valuable resource for senior management and operational staff. I have provided assistance in multiple areas of analysis, Business Process Improvement, and Automation.
