With more than thirty years of leading and managing teams in both large financial services organisations and SME business I am passionate about helping people to demonstrate the skills required to effectively motivate, develop and inspire the people they lead and manage. In 2016 I co-wrote the book ‘The ten Golden Rules of Leadership’. The ten Golden Rules is a easy to read practical guide for leaders and people managers at all levels. As a learning and development professional, facilitator and executive coach I have been fortunate enough to have worked with a range of clients in media, financial services, retail, transportation and education before I joined NatWest Markets in October 2018. I have facilitated leadership programmes development interventions in Australia, Armenia, Kenya, India and Singapore and work at all levels from managing directors to first line leaders.
