I am proud to have the honor of leading the Texas Gulf Coast operations for the world class Fortune 500 organization, Colonial Life as a proud member of the Unum Family. This has positively affects millions of lives throughout the country and continues to positively impact the lives of all of those with whom we interact. Through our work our team is making a massive impact on, not only the communities of the Texas Gulf Coast, but also the nation as we help keep clients in their homes, help them pay their bills while they are sick and many other stories that I wouldn\'t hesitate to take a moment to share. With that, we are able to turn clients into friends by assisting them in making sensible choices that positively affect the bottom line of their companies while increasing employee retention and productivity. On a daily basis I am personally involved in all aspects of the daily operations of our amazing organization. This includes Leadership Growth, organizational expansion through New Agency Development, Talent Identification and Acquisition, high level systems and processes, identifying / mentoring our up and coming leaders, organizational sales education and motivation. As a Territory Sales Manager I am honored to have the opportunity to serve some of the most talented leaders in the world as we increase our impact throughout the community and the nation. I am blessed to be surrounded by some of the top professionals in the industry and look forward to the opportunity to continue to learn from them. I am actively looking for current and future leaders who want to make a massive impact and leave a lasting legacy to join us on our journey. Overall, I measure my success based on the number of lives I meaningfully impact, the value I am able to bring to those we serve and the potential I am able to help another realize through our pursuits.
